(TSX-V: LWR, OTC: EQTXF), (the “Company” or “Lake Winn”), announces that pursuant to National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations, the filing deadline date to file the Company’s interim financial statements for the three (3) month period ended March 31, 2021, including the related management’s discussion and analysis, and the CEO and CFO Certifications (collectively the “Interim Filings”) is May 31, 2021. The Company will be filing its Interim Filings concurrent with the Company’s filing of the its annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2020, including the related management’s discussion and analyst, and the CEO and CFO Certifications (collectively the “Annual Filings”).
The Company will be filing its Interim Filings concurrently with the Company’s annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2020, including the related management’s discussion and analysis, and the CEO and CFO Certifications (collectively, the “Annual Filings”). The Company is working to complete its Annual Filings and Interim Filings at its earliest opportunity and will provide updates as further information relating to the Annual Filings and Interim Filings becomes available.
The Company has applied to the applicable securities regulatory authorities and received a management cease trade order (“MCTO”) imposed against the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, precluding them from trading securities of the Company. The MCTO will remain in effect until the Annual Filings are filed and requires that the Annual Filings be submitted on or before July 2, 2021.
